A Brownie's Home Inspection is an in-depth visual inspection of the structure and major systems of the home. On average your home inspection can take 2 to 5  hours depending on the size of the home, age of home, condition of home and additional features to ensure that there are no post purchase surprises. My job as a home inspector is analogous to that of an MD finding something wrong with their patient, and then recommending a specialist if one is needed. If the home has issues that need to be handled prior to the sale I will be able to let you know what needs to be done and by whom.

You will receive a comprehensive property inspection report that details the visible major and minor deficiencies of the home. Your report will detail any deficiencies and concerns as well as have clear pictures of the issues being described. Your report will also let you know what expenditures may need to be budgeted for in the future.
