The frequency is established by your needs. This type of inspection can be drive by only or inside/outside, whichever you prefer.
Move In / Out Inspections
This type of inspection can give you a 3rd party inspection report detailing condition of property before tenants move in or after they move out. If the tenant damages property you can use this report to protect yourself.
